Auto-Pay System Info
Our automatic studio payment system has been working for our business for three years very successfully. This system is set up to allow you to automatically pay by withdrawing money directly out of your checking account (EFT) or by using a debit or credit card. Not only do we offer the choice to use check, debit or credit card with this system, but also control over how often and how much money is withdrawn out of the account of your choice. This system also guarantees that you will always receive your montly tuition discount.
We are require our clients to use this system to pay for tuition for ongoing classes over 8 weeks in length. Why you ask? Simple! It lets us devote less time to bookkeeping and more time to giving our students the great learning experience they deserve. Because of the time savings, we are able to offer the SAME TUITION RATES for the FOURTH YEAR in a row!!
The first payment will be withdrawn according to your registration date when your class begins. Payments will then be withdrawn the 1st of every month starting October 1st and ending May 1st. If for any reason a client terminates the studio auto-pay during the 9 month program, we require they do so in person and that they provide us with a written notice one month prior to the termination date.
