	To all Our New and Returning Clients: We are excited to tell you a little bit about our new automatic studio payment system.  This system is set up to allow you to automatically pay by withdrawing money directly out of your checking account (EFT) or by using a debit or credit card.  Not only do we offer the choice to use check, debit or credit card with this system, but also control over how often and how much money is withdrawn out of the account of your choice.  This system also guarantees that you will always receive your montly tuition discount. The studio auto-pay forms are now available at the studio.  As of August 1st  we are requiring all our clients to use this system to pay for the next nine months of tuition.  Why you ask? Simple! It lets us devote less time to bookkeeping and more time to giving our students the great learning experience they deserve.  The first payment will be withdrawn according to your registration date between August 17th and September 7th.  Payments will then be withdrawn the 1st of every month starting October 1st and ending June 1st.  If for any reason a client terminates the studio auto-pay during the 9 month program, we require they do so in person and that they provide us with a written notice one month prior to the termination date.
